President Benigno S. Aquino III signed the National Budget of the Philippines yesterday amounting to P1.816 trillion pesos. This is higher than 10.4% from the previous budget of P1.645 trillion. The education sector has the biggest share for the 2012 budget.
According to the President, the signing of the 2012 budget is historic because it is the earliest that the national government approved the budget since 1986.
