DR. JOSE AND CELESTINA RAYMUNDO SCHOLARSHIP FUND
1. Applicants must be descendants of Dr. Jose and Celestina Raymundo;
2. Applicants must have successfully earned a high school diploma and must have passed the UPCAT; non-UPCAT passers shall have the option to seek admission to the UP Open University and shall enroll in a 2-year and 4-year degree program after successfully completing the two-year course. Descendants of Dr. Jose and Celestina Raymundo who are transferees or upperclassmen may also apply. Postgraduate study may also be covered for Raymundo descendants who are degree holders and have a general weighted average of "2.5" or better in the undergraduate course and are recommended by the Dean. Those already enrolled in the graduate level, must have obtained a general weighted average of at least "2.0" in the semester immediately preceding the application;
3. Applicants who are undergraduate level must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant; if enrolled in Open University, must be enrolled in at least 12 units; if in the graduate level must be enrolled in at least 12 units, if enrolled in the Open University must be enrolled in at least 6 units;
4. Applicants must be financially needy (parents' annual gross income must not exceed P400,000) Other applicants with less financial need can be considered for partial grant covering tuition and books only, depending on the availability of the remaining fund's income. However, the partial grant should not exceed tuition and book allowances per semester for those covered by the new tuition and P10,000 for those covered by the old tuition.
5. Applicants must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action.

WILLY KENG SCHOLARSHIP
1. Applicant must be third or fourth year undergraduate students of the University of the Philippines;
2. must have obtained a general weighted average of "2.00" or better and must have no grade of "5.00" or unremoved "4.00" or "inc" in the semester immediately preceding the application, if applying for undergraduate level. If applying for the graduate slots, must have a general weighted average of "1.75" or better with no grade of "dropped" or "incomplete except in Ph.D Political Science where the general weighted average must be "1.50" or better in at least 12 units;
3. must be enrolled in at least 15 units for the undergraduate level and in 12 units for the graduate level at the time of the award of the grant;
4. must be financially needy (parents annual gross income must not exceed P300,000); must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action.

Benefits:
School fees as assessed but not to exceed P20,000/semester;
Book Allowance @P4,000;
Monthly stipend at P3,000.
CREAM SILK WOMEN EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM Deadline of Submission: June 15, 2009
1. must be female;
2. must be among the top 25% of her graduating high school batch, as certified by the Head of the high school;
3. must have passed the UPCAT and open to female (freshmen) from all courses;
4. priority will be given to those who need financial assistance;
5. must submit a 300-word essay in English or Filipino entitled "Why I Believe in Women Empowerment" in soft and hard copies.
